Ms. Thomas is the Co-Founder, President and CEO at TRI. She has 18 years of hands-on experience with complex telecom projects, including the design and development of some of the largest call centers in the U.S. She provides consulting services in system design, implementation and the management of both voice and data networks.Ms. Thomas has expertise in multiple telecom disciplines, especially in technology integration, business process alignment and cost management. Some clients have saved more than $1 million per year. Her recent work includes new system installations, Y2K upgrades, system audits, strategic planning, WAN voice and data network engineering. Ms. Thomas was at MCI when it became the first competitive long distance carrier following the breakup of AT&T.
Mr. Romeiro the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Resources International. He has more than 25 years experience in the planning, design and deployment of telecom systems for large and small companies, as well as governmental entities.Mr. Romeiro has expertise in voice, data and wireless communications. He specializes in aligning technology with business processes.
Following military training in various communication systems, Mr. Romeiro worked in Europe for a major telecom manufacturer. He has more than 20 years experience in the U.S. with a multitude of existing and emerging technologies, advising clients on when new applications become appropriate for their business.
Mr. Romeiro is a member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants, serving for two years on the STC board, and the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI). He speaks five languages, an asset in the global marketplace.
